Multiply Church

About

Multiply Church is a gospel-centered, elder-led, and congregationally governed local church in Hazel Green, Alabama, committed to glorifying God through multiplying disciples among our neighbors and the nations. We abide in Christ together through Word-centered worship, prayer, and Christ-centered expository preaching. We care for one another through gospel community, meaningful membership, mutual accountability, and sacrificial love. We train believers for the work of ministry, equipping every member to grow in maturity and multiply disciples. And we seek the lost, engaging our community and the nations with the good news that salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone. We stand in the historic Baptist and Reformed tradition. We affirm the sovereignty of God in salvation, the authority and inerrancy of Scripture, and the priesthood of all believers. We practice believer’s baptism by immersion, observe the ordinances of baptism and the Lord’s Supper, and are committed to Christ-centered expository preaching. We are complementarian in conviction, continuationist in our understanding of the gifts of the Spirit, and led by a plurality of elders under the headship of Jesus Christ. If you long for a church family grounded in God’s Word and committed to growing together as disciples of Jesus, we would love to meet you.
